Refined petroleum products are our current licensed focus. LPG and propane-butane are a targeted, forward-looking area our founders know well, and any ISRA activity there would be pursued subject to the appropriate licensing.

We are designing procurement and structuring processes around careful counterparty screening, clear terms, and sound trade structure. Our aim is dependable execution supported by due diligence at each stage of a transaction.

We are established in Dubai as a DMCC free-zone company. The jurisdiction gives us a stable, well-regulated base from which to build trading and investment activity across the region.
Founder-Led
ISRA is founder-led. Our two co-founders combine commercial operations and regional market knowledge with investment strategy, risk, and technology, and they remain close to every decision.
Central Asian Reach
Our focus spans Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and the wider region, with the UAE as our base. We are developing an understanding of the corridors that connect regional supply to Gulf and international demand.
